How do you like? This poster is used as a caution of "remittance fraud"(振り込め詐欺). Imposters who commit this type of fraud often aim at elderly people. They disguise their child or grandchild and tell them that they are in much trouble and need money right now, and direct them to send money or send other person to their home and have him receive their money. That is, making believe their son or grandson by phone isn't so hard but to disguise their figure is, even if their sucker is old enough to have his foot in the grave. It's funny for me to see that such a Moe-illustration is used by prefectural police.

Maybe this girl is calling attention to the old man who is about to be deceived to be careful. The painter of this picture "Shichi-roku(七六)" said that the client (police official) had strongly demanded him to have the girl carry a red schoolchild's rucksack(it calls "ランドセル"randosel in Japanese) on her back.  There might be someone who understands Otaku's tastes in the police.
